A Trauma Informed Resilience-Based Practice
This two hour workshop is designed to support you to unwind and reset the nervous system and come back to your whole self. In the wake of our social and political climate and the history of being you, this is a space for us to come together as a community to nourish, process, and integrate. Through body awareness, movement, journaling and self regulation techniques, you are invited to be seen, heard and supported in your truth. This is an embodied self study.
