This gathering is a place to go deeper into the intersections of yoga and mental health. Join us monthly for an afternoon of inquiry into the body-mind connection. Each session will center around a theme related to mental wellness. There will be physical asana, group reflection, silence, sound, guided meditation, extended savasana, and individual time for journaling in this healing, safe and nurturing community space. Bringing a journal is suggested; no prior experience required.
